Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Research Fellow (Higher) in Neonatal Clinical Trials at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to commence from 04 January 2021 until 03 January 2022 in the first instance.The duties of the post include managing recruitment and data collection and clinical governance for an International Industry CTIMP study as well as supporting other related research activity within the department. This will involve multidisciplinary working within the research and clinical area.The Fellow will be expected to complete full GCP and consent training as well as study specific training as appropriate. Although primarily responsibility will be for timely and efficient delivery of the designated study, successful applicants will have the opportunity develop aligned areas of research interest.There are no clinical shift commitments within the post however, there may be opportunities to undertake additional locum clinical shifts where appropriate.In order to be considered applicants must meet the following essential criteria MRCPCH qualification or equivalent, experience in level 3 NICU, good personal organisational skills, ability to undertake self-directed learning and problem solving and excellent interpersonal skills.Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust includes Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie Hospitals.
