Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Fellow (Higher-Senior) in Multivisceral Transplantation at Addenbrookes Hospital, part of Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.This post is available from 17th February 2021 for a period of 12 months.The successful candidate will provide quality care for patients with intestinal failure, complex surgical and vascular problems and undergoing intestinal and multivisceral transplantation. The candidate will be supported by a team of Transplant Surgeons and Physicians, Specialist Nurses & Coordinators, Psychologist and associated Junior Doctors.The post will offer opportunities for experience in other areas of Transplantation or Gastroenterology, as well as excellent research opportunities.Please note that these posts donotcarry Postgraduate Dean’s approval or training recognition.The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC’s Good Medical Practice (2013).
