Job Description

We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Education sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager / CRM Project Manager to join a leading education establishment in Cambridge.£50,000 - £60,000 + Hybrid + 33 Days Holiday + Bank HolidaysClient Relationship Manager / CRM Project Managers Core Duties

  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through delivering advice on executive education market trends
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the clients needs
  • Advise clients on all aspects of project design and delivery to agreed standards
  • Manage projects using recognised frameworks, including project plans, risk registers, communications plans, stakeholder management, and dashboarding
  • Advise on how participant learning experiences can be innovative
  • Provide the client and team with high-quality status updates on programme tracking
  • Help to develop new business with existing clients
  • Manage annual account planning process for existing clients
  • Forecast and track progress, outputs and deliverables, programme feedback and performance
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and grow relevant opportunities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts
  • Ensure high quality customer service at all times
  • Lead team in planning process to establish a robust project plan and report on effectiveness
  • Escalate areas of significant risk or programme timeline slippage, proposing measures to resolve
  • Work with the programme team in communicating the planning and delivery of solutions
  • Work with colleagues to prepare and oversee the management of programme budgets
  • Lead on the contract renewal process, and provide a strategy for sustainable long term client management
Client Relationship Manager / CRM Project Managers Key Skills
  • Must have solid Project Management skills
  • Graduate with formal project management qualification (i.e. Prince2 etc) - highly desirable
  • Executive education, professional services, learning & development, or commercial corporate background is essential
  • Strong experience of project and client management, delivering client focused solutions within a learning solutions or client services environment in an international context
  • Interest in innovation in learning i.e., new design skills, digital tools, platforms, and design
  • Significant experience of building client relationships, managing accounts and extending accounts - ability to achieve £1 million in annual extension sales is required
  • Significant team leadership experience and directing a project plan
  • Natural problem-solver and solution-finder
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills, working with all levels including stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, including designing and delivering presentations
  • Understanding of a customer-oriented sales environment in a complex environment
  • Highly developed analytic skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Experience of working with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
  • A high degree of tact, diplomacy, and understanding of global political and cultural contexts
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally when required
