Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a graduate to act as a main point of contact for improved client journey, retention, and advocacy, based out of our Cambridge U.K office. The Client Engagement manage will provide support to the sales / research and marketing team across key deliverables and client accounts. Role OverviewAs a Client Engagement Manager, you will be supporting HFS Growth and Diamond accounts, while managing existing programs successfully, on-time, to completion and client satisfaction. This role will lead transactional sales efforts including client renewals, licensing sales, and sponsorship sales.   • Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research and networking.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with potential prospects to work them into a qualified lead
  • Creating client presentations, proposals, and contract documentation
  • Maintaining and growing your online market profile through social and digital media, networking, and events.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client engagements in HFS internal systems (sharepoint, Hub-spot etc.)
  • Preparing Account plans and stakeholder relationship maps
  • Project managing client deliverables to client satisfaction
