An exciting opportunity for a graduate to act as a main point of contact for improved client journey, retention, and advocacy, based out of our Cambridge U.K office. The Client Engagement manage will provide support to the sales / research and marketing team across key deliverables and client accounts. Role OverviewAs a Client Engagement Manager, you will be supporting HFS Growth and Diamond accounts, while managing existing programs successfully, on-time, to completion and client satisfaction. This role will lead transactional sales efforts including client renewals, licensing sales, and sponsorship sales.
