Chief Technology Officer - Manufacturing/EngineeringShift F5 are currently partnered with a leading Clean-Technology business who are transforming a major global industry (more info available on request) through the development of innovative machinery that reduces carbon footprint, minimises water pollutionand generally automates what have traditionally been incredibly slow, labour-intensive tasks. The business are partnered with a range of household names who also serve as investors.As Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for leading on all aspects of the companys Technical/Engineering strategy and design as well as leading multiple teams across the organisation (specifically Engineering / R&D). You will be expected tohave exceptional leadership skills and it is imperative to have come from a background in manufacturing/engineering, specifically working with heavy machinery.
