Cell Culture Scientist/Cell Biologist CambridgeshireTemporary and permanent options availableFull time hoursMy client is a leading Biotechnology company in the Cambridgeshire area and due to recent expansion and a growing demand, they are currently looking for multiple Cell Culture Scientists to join the company on both temporary and permanent contracts. Key duties of the roles will involve maintaining, growing and genetically engineering a range of mammalian cells (largely cancer cells). These are Scientist/Senior Scientist level roles and my client is looking for experienced candidates.The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:- Be educated to Msc/PhD level within a Life Science subject- Have hands on experience working with a range of mammalian cell lines- Have good experience with a broad range of molecular and/or genetics techniques such as: DNA extraction, flow cytometry and FACs analysis- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment- Have excellent communication skillsAny experience with CRISPR-Cas9 would also be considered an advantage, however this is not essential If this sounds like a role you would be interested in then please apply below
