The team is drivenby a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. · Location: Cambridge · Job title: Cleaning Operative · Hours: Monday - Friday 6am-12pm · Hourly rate £11ph · Employment type: Temp (possible perm opportunity) · Weekend only position available Job Responsibilities: As a Car Park Cleaning Operative , you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients car parks. Your responsibilities will include: · Regularly sweeping and cleaning the car park area and stairs to remove debris, litter, and leaves. · Emptying and sanitizing bins to ensure a hygienic environment. · Cleaning oil spills, stains, and other marks from the surface to maintain a clean and safe parking area. · Identifying and reporting any damages or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly. · Adhering to all safety guidelines and using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals. · Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment effectively and safely. Qualifications and Skills: · To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills: · Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not mandatory. · Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. · Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members. · Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may involve prolonged standing. · A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. · Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
