Recruitment Branch Manager - CambridgeFollowing a well-deserved internal promotion we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager or a Senior Consultant looking to step up and further their recruitment career. These type of opportunities to manage a profitable, friendly branch within an established location doesnt come along very often. With a reputable profile locally and a great client base our Cambridge branch has for the past two consecutive years broken a fewrecords and the team are proudly headed into 2022, ready and focused to exceed target . We now need someone to help steer the ship!Our new ship captain would join a successful team of consultants providing Temp, Perm, Commercial and Industrial recruitment across the whole of East Anglia. Providing effective leadership to your team, you will aim to maximise opportunities and optimise profitability alongsidethe continued delivery of outstanding customer service. Taking a pro-active approach you should be aware of changes and challenges in the marketplace ensuring increase in profitability, market share and raising the Pertemps profile within the area.About you:We are looking for a Branch Manager who is ready to step straight in and hit the ground running. Working alongside an existing team, we have expansion plans in place to support our warm desks. Due to the diversity of roles, your recruitment sector is not thatimportant to us, we see the most important factors as passion and drive to take Cambridge to the next level!
