Job Description

CAFM Administrator (Maximo)Salary up to £40,000 + Company BenefitsMonday - Friday / 40hrs a weekCambridge Science ParkCandidate must have Maximo System Experience We have an exciting new role with one of our biggest clients on a Pharmaceutical contract working as a CAFM & Asset Administrator.   • Excellent understanding of CAFM systems (Must have Maximo experiance).
  • Provision of CAFM training to new staff, on-going system and PDA support to address user issues as they arise.
  • Responsible for system administration, including creation of new user accounts, applying roles and permissions, amending and creating system queries to assist reporting, table customization and rules.
  • As the asset gatekeeper, all asset changes within the database will be directed through you. You will be responsible for management of asset register, creating, amending and removing assets as necessary, working with engineers to validate and amend instructionsets.
  • On-going maintenance of asset register, including standardization of assets descriptions and asset data, while ensuring client Asset upload procedures are adhered to in order to promote standardisation and consistency within the asset register.
  • Extraction of asset data from Cobie Models into appropriate formats for bulk upload through Excels import tool. Identification and communication of potentially missing asset data.
  • Application and upload of Sfg20 Instruction sets to newly created assets, including instruction frequencies and labour loading in accordance with client`s planned maintenance schedules.
  • Ensuring PPM scheduling is aligned and parent child relationships are applied to all assets.
  • Working with senior management to address concerns and queries relating to new and existing asset information.
  • Provision of ad-hoc reports
  • Improve efficiency of processes working with senior management to refine processes.
Experience/Qualifications:
  • 3+ years CAFM experience including system administration (Has to have Maximo experiance)
  • Proven experience working with complex dataset within Excel or a similar tool.
  • Experience on a technical services contract is desirable.
  • Knowledge of asset administration (and ideally application of Sfg20 instruction sets) within a CAFM system is a critical part of this role.
  • Understanding of Asset management standards e.g., ISO55001
