Job Description

Business Systems Analyst | Life Sciences | Medical Biosciences | Hybrid | £50k - £60kAre you a Business Systems Analyst searching for a fresh challenge where youll apply your problem-solving skills to develop industry-changing projectsAs a Business Systems Analyst, you will have the chance to join the Agile Change Delivery team as a systems and solutions design advocate.   • Identifying and collaborating with important stakeholders from a variety of sectors, both internal and external, to comprehend complicated internal business processes, requirements, and difficulties.
  • Analyzing and developing tests while collecting requirements for delivery teams
  • Understanding and communicating business change requirements, assessing the effect of those changes, recording, analysing, and documenting requirements, and then supporting the communication and delivery of those requirements with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Being a member of a team in charge of delivering huge and difficult programmes.
  • You will be jointly accountable for planning, leading, coordinating, and encouraging delivery teams to complete a range of tasks successfully.
Business Systems Analyst Essential Skills:
  • Degree-level education or similar industrial experience (Systems/Business Analysis/Quality Assurance).
  • A degree in information technology or computer science.
  • Understanding of sophisticated business process re-engineering and requirements-gathering methods.
  • A firm grasp of technology and information management systems.
  • Capability to capture needs utilising a variety of methodologies and technologies, such as context diagrams, mind maps, stakeholder analysis, process mapping, scenario modelling, business case creation, and entity connection diagrams.
  • Confident and capable of leading workshops on their own and presenting findings to clients/customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as technical writing abilities
Experience:
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering and testing.
  • Experience in the operational service delivery/operations context.
  • In a prior position, I was responsible for customer service and relationship management.
  • Experience in complicated stakeholder problems and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership experience in organisations that may be resistive to change.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in at least one commercial discipline, such as finance, supply chain, or systems automation.
