Job Description

Job Purpose:
  • Respond to student, parent, and team enquiries through Microsoft Teams, telephone, and email on a daily basis. Provide support for class delivery and update timetables, ensuring assessment and deadline requirements are met.
  • Efficiently deliver UKEG online programmes and face-to-face events.
  • Provide excellent customer care support to the Director and other UKEG staff.
  • Collect testimonials, review feedback, and recommend/implement improvements.
  • Develop website content and maintain social media platforms.
  • Provide backend support for Facebook LIVE or webinars.
  • Line up speakers/interviewers for YouTube programmes.
  • Send new postings to all stakeholders on a weekly basis.
  • Responsible for maintaining a system to track customer records and the status of services rendered.
  • Develop a monitoring system for potential memberships/partnerships, including preparing an appendix for package offers, researching and contacting potential working partners and memberships.
  • Follow through with the services with existing customers according to the appendix in their contract.
  • Maintain the Microsoft Teams platform for training and meetings.
  • Maintain a healthy database and successful UKEG partnership.
  • Perform all ad hoc tasks that support the growth and development of UK Education Garden.

  4. Business Development: Experience in identifying, pursuing, and securing partnerships with businesses KPI and industry leaders to create great opportunities for students.
  5. Progression Counselling: Knowledge of career development principles and experience in providing guidance to students regarding career options, job search strategies, and professional development.
  6. Networking: Proficiency in networking and building professional connections within the business community to expand opportunities for students.
  7. Program Management: Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing student success and business engagement.
  8. Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness, track student outcomes, and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying challenges and developing innovative solutions to support student and business needs.
  10. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic educational or business environment.
