We are currently recruiting for a fast growing Pharma Manufacturer SME who is looking for an industry experienced Business Manager to join and lead their team.This exciting new fast expanding business is looking for an engaging leader with strong business development and operations background. You must have industry knowledge to report on new trends, economic policys and market buying habits. You will have theconnections and skill set to drive new business development and analysis, client retention and improvement of existing client life cycle.You will be personally responsible for the development of long term business plans and detailed budgets, working with senior teams to create strategy and analysis for long and short term projects.You will be driving the recruitment drive for the expanding business, working closely with HR to on board and train the best of the best sales team around you.This exciting opportunity is fully office based and offers a base of between £60,000 - £70,000.
