Business Development Manager - Biotech InstrumentationCambridgeshire£60k - £90k (dep on exp) + excellent benefitsA brand-new opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a world leading equipment manufacturer based in Cambridgeshire. You will be joining a new business unit of their Biotech Instrumentation equipment, thus a background within instrumentationfor the biotechnology arena is preferred, however any experience with regenerative tissue engineering or drug delivery would be valuable.As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role initiating relationships and negotiating win-win agreements with key customers and development partners, understanding technical needs, and identifying, formulating value-creating propositions,and providing forecasts.Whilst being at the forefront off this technical organisation, you will also get to create and contribute to the NPI strategy into customer sites - whilst working with customers and the internal development team to refine product offerings.The BDM must have a degree within the Biology realm, as they will need to be able to discuss issues with the scientists in the labs!To be considered for the Business Development Manager, you will need the following:
