Flexible location, home basedAre you an experienced Business Development Consultant with expertise in the services environment and looking to take your career to the next level Waddington Brown is proud to be working with a fast-growing global organisation who support their clients in areas such as Laboratory Informatics, Scientific Data Management and Clinical Biometrics. The role of Business Development Consultant is critical to the success and growth of the business. Your role will be to build and maintain effective working relationships with key clients to understand how your organisation can add value and in turn develop future business needs. You will ensure the projects are correctly resourced and as you will be the first point of call for any queries relating to the projects you will use your informatics background to provide expertise. In addition, it is expected that you will be well networked to be in a good position to identify new clients and opportunities for business.The importance of this role is to build credibility, respect and trust with the client areas which in turn will lead to business development and growth of your organisation.Ideally you will be degree educated in engineering or science related fields with an excellent understanding of data management, operational efficiency and workflow. As the location of this role is flexible, you must have had prior experience of leading teams remotely and have a confident communication style to ensure clear understanding of goals and objectives.
