Job Description

Building Sector - Graduate Land Surveyor - CAMBRIDGE£22000-£25000 + APC Training + BenefitsLeading Consultancy dealing with Global Network Operators are growing their graduate academy. Currently required is a Graduate Land Surveyor to join the team, commerce their APC and work with a range of landowners and property developers across the UK.Background required

  • A Degree and/or Masters in Estate Management, Property Management, Land Management or Planning
  • Have covered modules around land management with academic knowledge in contract and cost negotiation beneficial.
  • Have a desire to commence their APC development.
  • Driving License
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working to deadlines through their academic studies.
The Graduate Land Surveyor will be provided with full training and a typical day will involve speaking to Land and Property Developers looking for sites to be acquired and then working through the land and surveying process.
