An experienced Bioinformatician is required to work alongside the scientific and technology team to perform Bioinformatics research, and to build a technology platform. Working on multiple projects including the analysis and visualisation of high-dimensional omics data, development of deep learning approaches, patient stratification and management, and target identification. With company growth you will support the leadership team to build, further coordinate and establish the technology platform & team. ResponsibilitiesPerform analysis and visualisation of varied human disease datasets from antibody repertoire sequencing, RNAseq and single-cell sequencingDevelop and apply deep learning models to antibody discoveryDevelop computational models to stratify patient groups, and to validate potential targetsWork collaboratively with the team including founders, bioinformatics research groups and external partners Communicate efficiently, interpret, summarise and visualise data for presentation to different audiencesKeep current on new discoveries and changes in methodologies and approaches Experience & RequirementsA PhD in Bioinformatics or Computational BiologyPython and RIntegrating and analysing diverse high-dimensional omics data sets relevant for immunology, oncology and neurodegenerationExperience in the development and application of machine learning modelsIdeally:Structural modelling experienceExperience with immune repertoire sequence analysis and antibody discoveryGood knowledge of statistics Required skills
