Pay Rate: £13p.hDuration: 3 months (potential to extend) Hours: 40hrs per week, 9am-5.30pm including some weekendsLocation: CB1 7Driving licence criteria: must have licence for 2years+ As a Bike fleet specialist, you are the expert in finding and maintaining our E-bike fleet including battery swaps, rebalancing bikes, retrieving lost vehicles, or vehicles with high risk of churn. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain our Bike fleet,hitting target SLAs including battery swaps, quick fixes, tidying and Rescue Tasks but you will also need to be flexible in order to assist with any operational tasks needed to ensure the smooth running of the city. You will be expected to use company applicationsand location data to independently conduct and execute complex rescue operations.The Bike fleet specialist acts as the eyes and ears on the ground for thelocal market, they will need to be on a constant lookout for fallen bikes,clutter or anything adversely affecting the company public image. The Fleetspecialist is a highly visible representative of the company so it is essential that theyoperate in a professional and customer focused manner.Responsibilities* Maintain our E-bike fleet in the field including battery swaps and quick mechanical fixes.* Minimise loss rate in your market by searching for, finding and collecting vehicles that are deemed to have a high risk of churn or that have been reported as lost. This involves taking responsibility for all open Rescue Tasks during shift* Use local knowledge, experience and tools provided to investigate and recover hard to locate scooters. This may involve: knocking on doors and speaking to residents/business owners, using specialist equipment to attempt a rescue from bodies of water (e.g.rope andgrappling hook), using FM and data provided to track last known locations of the scooter.* Ensure processes are followed and outcomes are tracked of each rescue task i.e. scooter successfully rescued, scooter marked as missing but in need of 2nd visit, scooter inaccessible, rescue task declined* Plan daily routes, ensuring high priority tasks are attended to first* Be a highly visible, professional representative who embodies the company values. This includes driving and parking respectfully, and all appropriate safety equipment, tidying nodes, assisting customers and picking up fallen scooters* Maintaining company van. This involves: ensuring vehicles are charged efficiently, ensuring external and internal cleanliness, keeping vehicle stocked with all necessary equipment* Conduct Quality Checks on E-bikes ensuring all checks are performed thoroughly and accurately* Use internal systems to identify and execute tasks in an autonomous manner. * Remotely attend and contribute to meetingsRequirements* Drivers license and experience from any form of transportation orlogistics profession with knowledge of the local market area.* Basic mechanical knowledge of the ability and drive to learn basic Ebike and scooter mechanics for in-field repairs.* Responsible team player that can manage tasks alone and also workwell together in a group.
