Baker | Cambridge CB3 1TT | Full Time | £26,000- £27,000Our client serves freshly baked breads, fresh coffee, croissants, chocolates, desserts and other delicious home-made products.If you are an experience Baker, this is an excellent opportunity to join an ever-expanding company. The successful Candidate will earn a salary of £26,000- £27,000 depending on experience.For the right candidate there are opportunities for you to grow.You Will Be

  • Experience in Sourdough production is essential.
  • Sourdough and quality product experience is required.
  • A high level of bread production experience in every aspect from mixing to shaping and oven experience.
  • Organised and methodical in approach.
  • A passionate hands-on approach is necessary.
  • Have a consistent and detailed approach.
  • Be able to work in a team.
As a Baker You Will
  • Ensure goods are baked to a high standard.
  • Rotate products seasonally.
  • You will be starting work early, as it comes with the territory.
