Job Description

We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Technologysector. We have an excellent opportunity for an AV Specialist to join a leading company based in Cambridge.£28,000 - £38,000 depending on experience, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday Audio Visual Specialists Core Duties

  • Assisting the sales department with designing new systems, specifying equipment, and producing documentation for a range of new AV projects
  • Assisting hands-on with new installations, rack building, programming, configuration, testing and commissioning
  • Managing support requests for new and existing clients, including telephone, remote and on-site assistance
Audio Visual Specialists Key Skills
  • Motivated and hard-working
  • Thrives in a dynamic, sales focused environment
  • Experience in the Audio-Visual sector or has an IT background in video conferencing (MS Teams, Zoom or Cisco Webex)
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with video conferencing, AV installations, technical support, audio recording, education, language interpretation, conferences, hybrid meetings and events - desirable
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom Rooms, Dante, Kramer, Crestron, Extron, AVerMedia, Logitech, or Polycom - highly desirable
