Asbestos Surveyor - Cambridge£29,000 - £33,000 + BenefitsAre you an experienced Asbestos Surveyor thats seeking a new challengeAre you tired of commuting across the countryI have a fantastic opportunity available for a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join a thriving UKAS accredited Asbestos Management Consultancy that offer a wide range of Asbestos Surveying, Bulk Analysis, Air Monitoring, Project Management and Consultancyservices to a large portfolio of clients in the public and private sector.Due to the acquisition of a long-term contract located near Cambridge, our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and quality driven Asbestos Surveyor to join their close-knit team. This is a great opportunity if you are seeking regionalised work asmy client also has several contracts located across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and surrounding areas.As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will:

  • Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a range of commercial sites
  • Complete annual re-assessments
  • Undertake bulk sampling when required
  • Generate comprehensive survey reports to be issued to clients
  • Ensure that working practices and operations are performed in line with company UKAS accreditation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and the public in a professional manner
  • Assist with training new starters
What are we looking for
  • Full UK driving license
  • BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in asbestos surveying residential and commercial properties
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent knowledge of HSG: 264
  • Knowledge of TEAMS (or similar asbestos software)
