Job Description

I am representing a well established Art Gallery whomare embarking on a rapid period of growth which has led to an opportunity in their Art Consultant Team.This is an established and influential business who believe in investing in their employees and will offer an extremely competitive salary, bonus, benefits package, with potential for career progression.OTE earnings average £50- 60kWe are looking for a talented and credible individual who has a deep understanding of the Luxury Retail Market, has a proven track record of sales success and developing relationships whilst working in a consultative partnership with clients.This is an important appointment which will offer the successful candidate a broad and all-encompassing role covering all aspects of Sales both face to face and account management within a professional retail environment.Roles and responsibilities:

  • Day to day running of the gallery space
  • Contacting clients by phone/email
  • Developing leads
  • Building relationships with key clients.
  • Selling face to face.
  • Presenting artwork
  • Home approvals
  • Organising and participating in artist/ sister events.
  • Curating the gallery
  • Moving artwork
  • Cleaning and looking after gallery space.
  • Admin associated with moving artwork and sales.
Experience & Skill Set we are looking for:
  • Sales within a retail environment is desirable
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence a range of internal and external customers.
