Application Support Engineer (.NET) - Fintech CompanyWell established Fintech (20 years) company based in Cambridge has an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Engineer to join their ever-growing R&D team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with system maintenance and application support. The candidate will have experience with client/server and database systems as well as general IT support and resolving issues. The role will involve support, maintenance and evolution of the internal systems which support the businesss main SaaS products lines. The Application Support Engineer will be primarily involved in supporting the cloud based applications.You will be calling upon your advanced problem solving and support skills, to identify and resolve a range of complex technical and application support issues. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing first class support for complexsoftware solutions.Key skills include: Analysing, trouble shooting and resolving application support issues, and supporting both on-prem and Cloud/Azure SaaS environments.
