Job Description

Agency Guest Host - CambridgeWe currently recruiting for a client in Cambridge Guest Hosts for a brand new site in the city centre.Working in our stunning new building inCambridgeyou’ll be the first face that many will see as they enter our prestigious site and you’ll be a role model when it comes to what 5-star guest experience looks like.Role Responsibility

  • To provide a 5-star customer service experience
  • To provide Meeting Room Technology support
  • To provide an induction support to building users
  • To have a full working knowledge of the building including all services and day to day office equipment
  • To ensure all meeting rooms are fully operational and are appropriately laid out for meetings
  • Cover reception when required
  • Conduct floor walks to ensure a high level of service delivery
Monday to Friday shifts - 7am till 7pmSalary £11.00 - £12.32 p/h depending on the role and venue plus your accrued holiday pay.
