Our client, a Cambridge based tech company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide general office administration, day-to-day logistical organisation, and basic bookkeeping. No prior knowledge of the technology industry is necessary.About the Role - Successful applicant will be working with the HR Manager to assist with daily tasks which include but not limited to:• Filing of invoices, corporate documents, records and reports• Managing employees’ expense claims• Maintaining company assets and depreciation schedule• Assist with new hire onboarding• General administrative tasks - overseeing operational activity of the office: mailing, scanning, filing documents, purchasing, etc.• Answering phone calls• Book travel arrangements• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings• Help to organise corporate events• Provide general support to visitors• Upkeep the officeEssential Skills• Strong organisational and planning skills• Detail-oriented and high level of accuracy• Good communication & interpersonal skills• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner• FlexibilityDesirable Skills• Proven admin or assistant experience• Proficient in MS Office• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
