Job Description

Interaction are recruiting for a part time Administrator assistant at a College in Cambridge City.The College is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to work in the College Office. The College Office is a key administrative centre within Peterhouse and carries out a range of administrative duties for the College, the Chapel, its Fellows andcertain key College Officers, including the Master, Senior Bursar and Dean.The post-holder works in a team with the Executive Assistant to the Master and Executive Assistant to the Fellows and Senior Bursar, sharing the general day-to-day operation of the Office. The role includes supporting the EA to the Master; EA to the Fellowshipand Senior Bursar in the running of the College Office, and be the primary administrator for events in the Chapel. Responsibilities include the administration of the Graduate Research Studentships Competition; assisting in the administration of the ResearchAssociates Competition and the Research Fellowship Competition; administration for the College Chapel, together with other general office duties.The successful candidates will have good all-round communications skills; strong organizational and time management skills; be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook 365, and be an excellent team player.You will enjoy:

  • The holiday entitlement is 25 days plus 8 bank and public holidays (pro rata). A car parking space may be available, subject to capacity.
