You must be able to work both independently and within a team; liaise with staff at all levels in a confident manner and be willing to learn, and work proactively on your own initiative. You should also have the ability to work well under pressure and have an excellent attention is essential. You will have excellent verbal, written, IT and customer care skills with a good understanding and practical experience of Microsoft applications. You must be well presented, friendly and welcoming to all and uphold our Values of Together, Safe, Kind, and Excellent at all times.
