As an Activity Leader, youll play a pivotal role in enriching our students experience beyond the classroom. You will be responsible for organising and leading a variety of engaging activities and excursions that complement our language programmes and providevaluable cultural insights. Whether its exploring Cambridges iconic landmarks, taking students punting or bowling, or delivering a range of creative in-house activities, you will ensure our students have unforgettable experiences that enhance their languagelearning journey. You may be required to work evening and weekends.What you’ll bring to the role

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the education or language learning sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Enthusiasm for cultural exchange and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their language learning goals.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
