We are delighted to be working with an industry leading, global organisation who are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team. This role has become available after an internal move, and within this role you will report into the FinancialAccountant. This role offers flexibility to work from home, and a flexible start/finish time.As the incoming Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be tasked with the following set of responsibilities:- Leading on the Purchase Invoice process- Supplier statement reconciliations- Assisting with invoice queries for suppliers- Assisting the Financial Controller with year-end audit from an AP perspective- Management of the accounts inbox- Additional ad hoc duties as requiredAs the successful candidate for this role,you will have extensive Accounts Payable knowledge, and be currently working in a role similar to this, or be working in an all round Accounts Assistant role but keen to specialise in Purchase Ledger. You will alsohave excellent communications skills and be resilient in your approach to work.
