Are you an Account Manager / Sales Engineer / Field Applications Engineer within the Scientific Equipment or Electronic Test & Measurement Instrumentation Sector Maybe youre a recent graduate in Electrochemistry, Electronics or Physics interested in trying Technical Sales If so, we could be your perfect match...BASIC SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000BENEFITS:· Bonus · Car / Car Allowance · 25 Days Holiday · PensionLOCATION: This will be a home based role, covering the entire UK so you could be in or near any of the following locations: Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, Nottingham, Birmingham, Northampton, Oxford, Cambridge, Swindon, Bristol, London, Southampton.We have experienced record growth over the past 12 months and to keep pace with growing demand we need an additional, home based, Account Manager / Sales Engineer to join our growing business.With a strong capability in electronic test and measurement you will be supporting our clients by identifying how our electronic test instrumentation and measurement solutions can benefit their applications.As an Account Manager / Sales Engineer you will:· Provide consultancy to clients in laboratory research groups across academia and industry. · Investigate and propose suitable test and measurement solutions configured from our market-leading product ranges. · Include some or all of the following in your product portfolio: - Potentiostats and Impedance Analyzers. - Electrochemical cells, accessories and related instrumentation. - Electronic test and measurement instrumentation for research into: - Biological, environmental and pharmaceutical sensors and materials. - Nanomaterials and nanopore membranes. - Materials research (eg Graphene) - Batteries, Fuel Cells, Supercapacitors, Redox Flow, Electrolysers and other technologies related to Energy Storage applications. Ultimately though, your focus will be on building great, long-term relationships with hi-tech research laboratories in universities and industrial operations throughout the UK.To join us as an Account Manager / Sales Engineer you MUST be degree qualified in Electrochemistry, Electronic Engineering, Physics, or similar, coupled a knowledge of electronic measuring instrumentation techniques. You may be an experienced technical sales professional, able to adapt your knowledge and skills to our products and applications OR you could be a recent graduate looking to jump into your first or second job.Either way, working from home you will demonstrate the self-motivation and organisational skills to manage your time and ensure all of our clients get the best possible guidance and service.It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Field Applications Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Manager, Test and Measurement Account Manager, Pre-Sales, Consultant, Scientific Sales, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Sensors. Electronics Test & Measurement, Battery Test Systems, Fuel Cell Research Systems, Electrolyzer Test Systems, Potentiostats, Energy / Electrochemistry Research System products, Electrodes, Cells.
