2nd Line Support EngineerWe are currently partnered with a Cambridge based organisation with a Hybrid working structure who are seeking a 2nd Line Engineer to join a existing and stable team with huge opportunities to progress in multiple technical directions. You will join a teamthat monitors and maintains my clients technical environment where you will have the opportunity to utilise a wide range of cutting edge technologies to deliver its services, and is actively scaling its operation on a global basis to support its growth. As the 2nd Line Engineer you will acts as a primary escalation point and provide mentoring to 1st Line engineers. You will be responsible for Tier 2 diagnosis and investigation of technical issues to ensure Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventative measuresare undertaken along with being responsible for pro-active development of working tools and processes to ensure effective management of the environment. The appointed candidate will be supporting our client with major incidents and dealing with documentingand implementing Change Requests including full test plan.
