Job Description

Service Delivery Manager - Camberley. (Hybrid - 2 days home based)£30,000-£35,000 + BenefitsManaged Solution Provider with its Head Office in Hampshire are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to play an active part in the growth of the business.The ideal candidate with have a technical background but will have evolved into a more managerial role where they have used their project management skills both internally and externally with clients to help streamline IT systems and business processes ensuringSLAs are met.Key duties of the Service Delivery Manager role include:

  • Working with the different divisions of the business ensuring that project issues are communicated effectively, and the clients are kept informed of all developments.
  • Liaising with the Incident Managers, reducing ticketing times and streamlining the internal systems including how they are received externally.
  • Working closely with key clients identifying innovative ways to improve service, whilst at the same time promoting system upgrades and new installations.
  • Working effectively as part of a senior management team, highlighting areas for development, whilst demonstrating a flexible approach to work.
