Job Description

If you are looking for an excellent opportunity to join an award winning client in Camberley, you are experienced within picking and kitting of parts, JRS would like to speak to you!JRS are currently recruiting for a Production Picker to come and join a vital part of the production team on a permanent full time basis.This role is working on a permanent late shift of 13:00 - 22.30 Monday to Thursday and 12.30 - 17.30 on a Friday.The company offer excellent benefits, a fabulous working environment and a competitive salary!Duties to include (but not limited to):

  • Picking kits of parts for manufacturing
  • Kit issuing parts on EFACS
  • Movement of kits of parts to relevant build area
  • Stock location and relocation of all parts, maintaining traceability and location control at alltimes as required
  • Regular stock level checks and stock query/discrepancy resolution as required
  • Stock rotation as required
  • Highlighting possible issues (e.g.damaged goods) that may require a non-conformance
  • Location housekeeping
  • Forklift truck operation where required
  • Completion of mandatory company learn courses
  • Adherence and compliance to ISO standards
  • Adherence to Health and Safety requirements
  • Other tasks as required by the Line Manager
Required Skills
  • Previous experience of a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Willing to gain a forklift licence
  • Previous experience of the picking process
  • Previous experience using handheld scanners
  • Current forklift licence
  • Ability to understand the picking process
  • Ability to work within a team or individually
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instruction
  • Good attention to detail with excellent accuracy
  • Good numeracy skills
