Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic customer focussed individual to join our Mortgage processing team, as part of our Mortgage Club in our Camberley Office.As a Mortgage Case Administrator, you will be working in a fast paced, client focused environment providing support to our Club members (Mortgage Brokers) and their clients from initial mortgage application stage to the completion of theirproperty purchase or re-mortgage.Main responsibilities of a Mortgage Case Administrator

  • Processing incoming client and Lender documentation as part of the mortgage application process.
  • Proactively managing the whole application process by chasing brokers or their administrators, lenders, surveyors or solicitors for any outstanding documentation
  • Liaising with Mortgage Lenders, Solicitors, and Mortgage Consultants to support clients from initial mortgage application stage to the completion of their property purchase or re-mortgage
  • Progress applications in the quickest and most efficient way.
Skills and Experience required to be a Mortgage Case Administrator
  • Being driven and self-motivated.
  • Good telephone manner, strong relationship building and customer service skills.
  • Ability to use your own initiative and problem solve quickly and efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • IT literate (MS Office, Excel and Outlook).
