Our client presents themselves as an end-to-end solutions provider offering Hardware, Software and Consultancy to a prestigious client base of SMEs, Large Corporate and Enterprise-sized clients.VacancyAs part of consistent business growth, our client is now seeking 1x IT Helpdesk Manager to join their growing company HQ in Camberley, Surrey, to head up their IT Service Desk Team. You will take on the responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of Technical Support staff, who will be supporting the organisations prestigious account base on technical queries, issues and escalations around Cyber Security, Network Security, Mobile Device Management and Digital Transformation. You will manage your teams personal development plans to ensure accreditations are upheld, set and manage team KPIs against performance-related bonuses and liaise with other departments including sales and professional services to unearth new business opportunities within their customer base.
