You will focus on delivering a best in class service to our colleagues, managers and directors through dedicated teams.You will be responsible for service delivery of the recruitment, HR administration and payroll functions (circa 20 FTE) from a centralised HR Shared Service to the majority of businesses in our Group.You will maintain oversight of compliance and risk, ensuring operations are efficient/effective and managing a people focused team to deliver transactional services in a customer-focused way. You will drive the optimisation of processes, maintain seniorstakeholder relationships, manage service levels, demand for new/improved services and the measurement of customer satisfaction and perception.For more information please download our job profile available on our website.More about youWe are looking for a customer focussed service delivery professional with a background in HR/Payroll. You should already have demonstrable experience of day-to-day management of a range of people services, HR administration, recruitment and payroll transactionalservices. We have a number of large HR change projects in the pipeline, you will need to have a positive attitude to change and be able to help your teams navigate change whilst maintaining service delivery and engagement.You should a good understanding of employment law, an awareness of payroll controls and process quality assurance relating to a colleague journey. We are looking for a natural collaborator who can work with HR Leads across our business to collate feedbackand suggest changes that work for all parties which deliver customer satisfaction whilst maintaining efficiency.This role is based in Preston where the HR Shared Service is based.
