  • Demonstrate how you can develop and deliver successful strategies and policies which derive community benefit and increase participation/equality of access in areas such as: leisure facilities, community centres, development and involvement, youth services,sports development, youth ambition, resident involvement and empowerment, schools, and universities.
  • Develop strategic cross-sector partnership approaches to reduce health inequalities and improve health and wellbeing in communities
  • Strong track record of developing and delivering income generation strategies in a tough financial climate and utilise fundraising and leadership experience to identify new opportunities and take the Healthy Communities team into the next stage of our strategicdevelopment.
  • Experience of successful financial management and budget development at a senior level within a complex funding environment.
