Job Description

Title: Finance AssistantLocation: CamberleySalary: £24,000Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (Hybrid 4 days in the Office / 1 day home)Do you have previous experience working within a finance team and are confident in wanting to learn about SAGE Are you immediately available and ready to take that next step in your finance career with clear prospects and career progression If your answeris a yes, please read onIn order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate prior experience within a finance-based role dealing with invoices with up to 18 months of experience.Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Cost reporting
  • Admin of the accounts department email inbox
  • Invoicing of keyholding and alarm activations
  • Entering purchase invoices and payment runs for sign off.
  • Assisting with purchase orders
What we are looking for:
  • Past experience within a finance role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must be adaptable to different situations
  • Self-motivation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Past experience working with Microsoft Excel (vlookup, sumifs, pivot tables)
