This new vacancy is working for a busy, well established internet-based business selling made-to-measure kitchen and bedroom furniture across the UK and are now expanding into the home office market.Our client requires a logical, technically minded individual to provide enthusiastic technical and sales support to their customers and to assist with internal administration.The ideal candidate will have strong spatial awareness skills and an ability to interpret kitchen and bedroom plans.Some form of Mechanical Engineering qualification would be an advantageDuties will include:· Answering Customer telephone and email enquiries· Reviewing customer’s orders for correctness· Seeing customers by appointment in display area· Placing orders on suppliers· Packing and dispatching hinges, screws etc.· Sending out brochures, samples and swatches· Liaising with customers re order content, deliveries etc.· Updating admin system· Building quotations from customer’s plans/drawings requiring proficiency using our website· CRM - eg lead/enquiry follow up· General customer care & supportThe successful applicant must have an eye for detail, possess excellent customer service skills and be IT literate.Applications from candidates wishing to work either full or part time hours will be considered Required skills
