  • To respond to telephone, email and CRM queries from the Dealer Network, end users and internal staff regarding the full range of our products.
  • To follow-up on enquiries where necessary, ensuring that matters are resolved as quickly as possible.
  • Investigate issues as appropriate and provide accurate, up to date information to the enquirer, (internal or external).
  • To handle warranty queries and liaise with the Workshop regarding progress.
  • To develop good working relationships with our customers.
  • To report any safety issues or unusual failures arising
  • Mentor Junior staff / Apprentices as required withing technical helpdesk
  • To setup and conduct video calls to customers internal and external.
  • Create short guidance documents to educate our customers in specific relevant topics.
  • Spend regular hands-on time in technical workshop to build knowledge and offer occasional support.
