Job Description

Assistant Accountant Role for expanding Automotive Repair Group based in Camberely MUST have strong XEROAutomotive / Vehicle Repair Group Sandown Coachworkds based in Camberley Surrey GU15 are seeking a Accounts Assistant.Job Description

  • Maintain the Sales Ledger, through the daily import of Sales Invoices.
  • Maintain the Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved, posted, and paid in a timely manner.
  • Weekly/Monthly reconciliation of customers’ accounts.
  • Weekly reconciliation of suppliers accounts.
  • Support credit control process.
  • Ability to work alone and closely with Operations / Finance Manager.
  • Oversee payment of bills daily and invoice factoring when required
  • Assist with Monthly Payroll for approx 90+ Staff
  • Current Group Turnover £12million and looking to increase to £20million over next few years.
