We are currently recruiting for one of our Social Housing clients based in Camberley, for ASB Officers and Income Officers for 4 month contracts37 hours per week, £19-£25 per hour depending on experience, Hybrid working with 1 day per week based in officeAre you an experienced Social Housing professional with extensive experience in either Income Recovery / Rent Arrears, or Antisocial BehaviourWe are recruiting for 3 roles, working in either Income or ASBAre you passionate about creating safe and thriving communities Do you have a knack for resolving conflicts and addressing challenging situations If so, the ASB Officer role would be ideal for youAre you passionate about ensuring that everyone has a stable and affordable place to call home Do you have a keen eye for financial details and a knack for helping individuals overcome financial challenges If so, the income officer role would be your idealroleASB Officer:Key Responsibilities:Investigation and Resolution: Proactively investigate reports of antisocial behaviour within the housing communities, employing a fair and thorough approach to conflict resolution.Mediation and Collaboration: Work closely with residents, community partners, and local authorities to mediate disputes and develop collaborative solutions to enhance community harmony.Policy Enforcement: Enforce social housing policies and regulations, ensuring a consistent and fair application while promoting a positive living environment for all residents.Education and Awareness: Develop and implement educational initiatives to raise awareness about acceptable community behaviour, fostering a culture of respect and understanding.You should have experience of preparing cases for Court and attending Court to represent the organisationIncome Officer:Rent Arrears Management: Proactively manage rent accounts, identifying and addressing arrears to prevent escalation.Financial Counselling: Work closely with tenants facing financial difficulties, providing advice and support to help them sustain their tenancies.Negotiation and Agreements: Negotiate and establish affordable repayment plans, ensuring a fair and empathetic approach to financial arrangements.Collaboration: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including support services and external agencies, to create a holistic support network for tenants.Data Analysis: Utilise data and reporting tools to identify trends, assess risk, and implement strategies to minimise rent arrears.To apply for these roles, please contact specialist Social Housing recruiter, Mark Grove, on or apply via this site
