These solutions include our Leisure Centres front of house EPOS systems, access control, centralised Membership database along with customer centriconline joining and booking solutions.You will be the main point of contact for site users who require configuration changes to accommodate programme or price adjustments, in both a scheduled and ad-hoc manner, and assist the Application Configuration team in tasks to achieve projects.This is a fixed term role until July 2025More about youYou can demonstrate a high level of customer service experience to colleagues, stakeholders and our member and keeping a clear level of communication throughout.We would be interested in hearing from candidates with a background in Data entry or strong administration skills, experience within the Leisure sector is desirable however not essential.BenefitsWe are a large, diverse and ambitious business, which will give you all the challenge you could wish for.
