Our well established client with a tenure of over 47 years are expanding Their fast paced, exciting business is growing quickly in 2022 requiring additional resource within the Accounts Department. About the Role Supporting the wider accounts team, the Accounts Assistant will: - Process purchase and sale invoices - Process weekly + monthly departmental payroll - Process payments to suppliers - Dealing with supplier enquiries- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers- Communicate efficiently internally and externally - Allocating payments and receipts daily- Monthly bank reconciliationAbout You They are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant with a can do attitude and ambition. You will be a competent and confident communicator. Able to work within a team, execute a plan and spot opportunities to improve. You will be organised, and processdriven and ideally will have experience in Sage 200. Their ideal candidate will have an interest in studying for their AAT or accountancy qualifications. DetailsOffice based role located in Bagshot, Surrey. Free onsite parking available.Details: Full Time, Permanent. Flexible working hours available - office open between 7am and 6pm daily.
