We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative and talented individual to join our Royal Academy of Improvement and lead redesign of the urgent care pathway.The post holder will engage with key stakeholders to motivate individuals and teams to deliver and sustain improvement projects. The post holder will maintain rigorous programme governance and documentation management throughout the lifecycle of each assigned programme/project in accordance with Trust policy.The post holder will have the ability to manage and coordinate multiple programme/projects concurrently including interdependencies, within an environment of change. They will communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of expertise and responsibility.
