Warehouse Shift ManagerCaldicot£43,000We are working with a large Logistics business based in South Wales who are looking to bring in a Warehouse Shift Manager to wok on rotating earlies and lates. You will be managing a team of operatives across in high spec warehouse and will be heavily involvedwith development of staff and process improvement. They seek an energetic, forward thinking individual with the logistics experience required to engage with the staff during this crucial period following positive change within the business. The role is to be based near Caldicot and is paying up to £43,000Experience of managing and developing teams in a warehousing environment is essential, as is a proven understanding and previous management of warehouse management systems, processes and operations. Must have managed large teams of operatives. The role willrequire you to effectively manage continuous improvement iniatives, drive change and lean working to ensure that processes are efficient with the ability to redesign process skills where necessary. You will need to be an exceptional communicator who can build good internal business relationships with the ability to engage, motivate and influence others in order to hands on deliver results through your team and maximise the potential of others includingtheir development and performance management.
