Job Description

About The RoleAre you interested in a new and exciting career as a SchedulerThe Role:(12 monthfixed term)As aTechnicalScheduler you will join ateam of Schedulers and play a key part in the success ofphs. Working within the team your skills will help keep our Operations Centres running smoothly. This diverse and interesting role will requireyou to take responsibility for organising the most effective routes for our team of service drivers using our Routing Software. You will work closely with our Operations Centres to ensure our vistal services and deliveries are made to our customers on timeand in the most cost effective, efficient way possible.What is involved;

  • Utilising our auto routing system effectively and efficiently to deliver a high level of service to our customers.
  • Communicating with Technical Field Service Managers daily by reviewing a high level of service to our customers.
  • Ensuring service backlogs are controlled, minimised, and communicated with relevant parties.
  • Booking in and diarising future visits communicating with stock controllers/depots, customers/sales representatives, and technical/tech installers.
  • Dealing with on hold visits ensuring a minimum number and as controlled as possible (stock, school holidays, customer response, cancellation, and mobilisation) managing cancellation cases communicating with all departments within PHS from cases openingto case closing or cancelling.
  • Working alongside the mobilisation team, meeting strict deadlines with varied SLA’s, organising and communicating daily, providing stats and installation dates when needed.
Skills and knowledge required:
  • Strong IT Skills with knowledge and experience of using Microsoft packages.
  • Previous experience of planning and scheduling is desirable but not a necessity.
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate at all levels.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good eye for detail and problem solving (critical thinking) techniques.
  • Good analyitical skills to collect, analyse information and decision making.

  • Annual salary of £25,047.00
  • A potential annual bonus of £1800.00
