Job Description

Are you a strong administrator who can learn company systems quickly Are you proactive, organised and able to efficiently use your initiative to prioritise work Can you deliver high-quality customer service Then I could have the role for you - pleasekeep reading!Reed Business Support are currently supporting a maintenance andinstallation business in the Caerphilly area who are looking for a Service Administrator/Coordinatorto join them on a full-time, permanent basis. They are looking for someone who can organisedand self-sufficient to organise and prioritise work-load and take on the wide-ranging and varied aspects of the role.Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Taking calls from customers, logging jobs and assigning engineers through the companys service management software
  • Organising emergency call-outs quickly and efficiently by juggling schedules and priority of call-outs
  • Supporting the director with quotations and job costings
  • Managing supplier invoices
  • Generating company invoices and chasing payments
  • Dealing with engineers timesheets and preparing information for payroll
  • General administration for the company
Overall the role within the service department can be very reactive, however requires someone who is then proactive and efficient to ensure issues are solved when they occur, and in a timely manner.
