Remarketing Coordinator - Caerphilly - Financial Services - £10ph - Full Time - Temporary Assignment - Immediate StartA well respected client of ours, specialising in automotive finance, is seeking for a candidate with a Financial Services background to join a busy office outside of Caerphilly as a Remarketing Coordinator. It will be the Remarketing Coordinators main responsibility to facilitate customer requests and ensuring a smooth customer journeyRemarketing Coordinators Responsibilities:· Working collaboratively across the Remarketing team ensuring that department objectives are met· Dealing with customer requests to Voluntary Terminate from the initial request, to chasing the remaining liability· Ensuring VT calculation are carried out with relevant audit trails to be completed· Facilitating the "VT" options of "customer drop off" or collection via 3rd parties· Managing queries and requests daily relating to all aspects of the VT procedure· Managing and developing reports as required· Facilitating the PCP EOT handback process for OVF customers· Focusing on maintaining a strong purchase rates, CAP performance therefore maximising returns via auction· Attending and managing sales at auction centres when required· Ensuring the customers and retailers needs are met for all applicable products, providing them with the relevant information to ensure a smooth customer journey· Setting arrangements with customers for repayment of damage / mileage charges· Effectively managing and controlling the remarketing of OVF assets via all appropriate channelsRemarketing Coordinators Key Skills:
