Job Description

MechTech Professionals are an independently owned recruitment consultancy led by experienced recruitment professionals. We are dedicated to providing the best industry focussed recruitment services to the Engineering, Construction, Technical and EnvironmentalSectors nationally and internationally.Due to continued growth we currently have an opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer/ Administrator to join usMain responsibilities will be developing the existing candidate database and filling job orders with some basic account management. This will include:

  • Successfully identifying suitable candidates for vacancies
  • Conducting basic telephone interviews and registrations
  • Screening applications
  • Management of job boards and social media outlets
  • Ongoing compliance checks
  • Maintaining inhouse database
The ideal candidate will be energetic and motivated with the ability to work effectively under pressure, on their own initiative as well as within a team.Additionally, they will:
  • Have a confident telephone manner
  • Be able to adapt their communication style depending on the situation
  • Have the ability to think outside the box and come up with solutions quickly
  • Have excellent diary management skills
  • Have excellent PC skills
