Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the production life cycle including inventory and variance analysis, keeping a close eye on ongoing performance, and using data and MI to provide proactive commercial insight.The role requires a good understanding of best practice and a continuous improvement mentality, making use of your technical and analytical skills.Client DetailsInternational biotechnology business.   • Manage data to create meaningful financial reports, identifying trends that provide insight and awareness of potential business improvements.
  • Identify, challenge and proactively satisfy internal customer requirements to build a service which enhances effective delivery of site performance.
  • Prepare key financial information to drive insight supporting the management team in advance of weekly/monthly meetings.
  • Extraction and analysis of data to support in the production of weekly management accounts.
  • Review and question current processes and improve upon them as necessary to ensure that controls are strong and month end is as efficient as possible.
  • Ensure that the business complies with accounting standards and legislative frameworks.
